The NHK morning information program “Asaichi” will be renewed from 2026/03/30(Mon), and its new theme song will be performed by Taeko Onuki × STUTS. Following the “Hoshino Resorts” commercial song “Ii Yu Da Na,” released in 2024/10, this marks another collaboration with STUTS.

The title is “Ohayou” (Lyrics & Music: Taeko Onuki).
It is scheduled to air on the program starting 2026/03/31.

At last, it’s my own time.
I wrote this song while thinking about that feeling.

【Message from Music Producer STUTS】
It was already an honor just to be able to create a song together with Taeko Onuki, whom I’ve listened to for so long, but we ended up with a truly wonderful piece, and I feel deeply moved.
With the morning atmosphere in mind, I worked on it together with horn arrangements by Satoshi Takeshima and Yusuke Sase, and string arrangements by Anzu Suhara.
It’s a song that lets you feel the preciousness of being alive at the start of a new day. Please give it a listen.
